The wind-swept deserts of Riyadh are about to get a little Slim Shady as Eminem’s cultural empire extends its reach to Soundstorm, the Middle East’s biggest music festival. This December, fans can expect more than just music – the legend himself is bringing Mom’s Spaghetti, exclusive Arabic-themed Eminem merchandise, and a full-scale installation of Fort Shady, an immersive fan experience, to the heart of the Saudi festival grounds.

A Taste of Rap Royalty: Mom’s Spaghetti

What began as a pop-up in Detroit has become a global phenomenon. Eminem’s famed eatery, Mom’s Spaghetti, is heading to Riyadh to dish out its iconic menu to festival-goers. From its signature spaghetti with meatballs to the fan-favorite “Spaghetti Sandwich,” the humble but delicious meals will transport fans straight to 8 Mile with every bite.

“There’s something poetic about Mom’s Spaghetti coming to a place where fans have been rapping along to Eminem’s lyrics for decades,” says a spokesperson for the rapper. “It’s more than just food—it’s a piece of Eminem’s story, shared on a global stage.”

Exclusive Arabic Merch: A Rap Icon Meets Local Culture

In an unprecedented move, Eminem has designed a special line of Arabic-inspired merchandise that will debut at Soundstorm. The collection fuses iconic imagery—think Eminem’s signature “E” logo—with bold Arabic typography and cultural motifs. From oversized hoodies to sleek tees, the limited-edition merch promises to be as fly as it is meaningful, celebrating the intersection of global hip-hop culture with local pride.

“This is Eminem embracing his fans here in a way we’ve never seen before,” says regional merch designer Khalid Al-Zahrani. “It’s more than merch—it’s a way to say ‘Shukran’ to the fans who have supported him for decades.”

Fort Shady: A Destination for Die-Hard Stans

If you thought Eminem’s Soundstorm takeover stopped there, think again. The Fort Shady installation, an experiential playground for die-hard fans, is set to be the talk of the festival. Imagine stepping into a mini-Motown universe: graffiti-covered walls, Marshall Mathers LP memorabilia, and exclusive audio and video snippets from the artist’s vault.

Attendees can participate in freestyle rap battles, recreate scenes from his iconic music videos, or simply soak in the nostalgia of an era-defining career.

“We want Fort Shady to feel like stepping into the world of Eminem,” says, creative director, Aahmek Richards, behind the project. “It’s a love letter to his fans—both new and old—and a testament to the impact of his music across borders.”

Soundstorm’s Legacy Grows Stronger

Eminem’s presence at Soundstorm, who holds the record for the second-most Rolling Stone covers ever, (only behind The Beatles) isn’t just a testament to his global star power—it’s a nod to the festival’s growing significance on the world stage. With past performances by legends like Post Malone, Travis Scott, and Tiësto, Soundstorm continues to solidify itself as a cultural juggernaut bridging East and West.

For the millions of fans who’ve rapped along to Lose Yourself or Stan, the chance to eat Mom’s Spaghetti, sport exclusive merch, and walk through Fort Shady is a dream come true. It’s a reminder that music—and Mom’s Spaghetti—is a universal language.

As Soundstorm approaches, one thing is certain: Riyadh is about to get a whole lot Shadier.
